Pakistan have enough on their hands, besides the IPL 3 auction snub. So indicates the Pakistan Cricket Board chairman, Ejaz Butt.
Butt is insisting that Mohammad Yousuf was only appointed Pakistan’s captain for the Pakistan tour of Australia and that Pakistan will have a new captain after the tour is done with.
Butt also defended the PCB stating that they did not remove Younis Khan but rather than the former Pakistan captain was driven away by the match fixing allegations levelled against him and Younis had to regroup following such a serious insinuation.
Butt says they will review the situation after the tour and decide on the captain for Pakistan’s forthcoming engagements. Will this please Mohammad Yousuf who only days earlier insisted that the captaincy was taking a toll on his own captaincy but that he was more than willing to lead the Pakistan team into the future?
