Yuvraj Singh openly harbours the dream of captaining the Indian team. But first he needs to convince his Kings XI Punjab bosses that the coach is wrong.
Yuvraj has apparently been already fired as captain of the IPL team that has had mixed results in the past. There are unconfirmed reports that the decision to remove Yuvraj from the captaincy post was made after Tom Moody expressed displeasure about Yuvraj Singh’s attitude and his non conforming to the team management decisions.
The real grain of truth will emerge perhaps in time. For the moment, Yuvraj Singh will continue to focus on the Indian team as they take on Sri Lanka in the Twenty20 in Nagpur tomorrow.
