The Champions League Twenty20 finds another home for 2010.
Weather and taking the tournament to a global level is the reason why the Champions League Twenty20 is moving to South Africa, the venue that hosted the IPL 2 in 2009. With the monsoons upon India during the period of the tournament slated between the 10th and the 26th of September 2010, and no gaps in the international cricket calendar have meant the venue had to found outside the country.

2010 CL T20 will be the first time that the tournament has moved out of India.
The meeting was held and CSA CEO, Gerald Majola, was present on the occasion.
