Former Indian captain, Ajit Wadekar, thinks the BCCI is not walking the walk on the subject of cricket with regard to the Asian Games in China.

Like many others, Wadekar, was taken aback that BCCI refused to send a team for the Asian Games, even though other Asian boards have not expressed similar concerns over packed schedules and managed to work around them.
Wadekar laid bare his thoughts on what he thought of the BCCI's decision, "How can you say you want to promote cricket in Asia and not send a team for the Asian Games even as other Test playing countries in the region - Pakistan, Sri Lanka and even Bangladesh - are sending their teams? When you send a A team to Zimbabwe (for the Zimbabwe ODI tri series), I don't see the logic behind not sending the same team to the Asian Games."
It does not look like the BCCI are really in an explanatory mood.
