Former Australian captain and selector, Allan Border, is infuriated over the degree of punishment meted out to Shahid Afridi.

Shahid Afridi was handed a two Twenty20 match ban for biting into the ball at the WACA during the fifth ODI between Pakistan and Australia and it is a verdict that is not appealing to a few, including Border.

Labelling Afridi a "serial offender", Border was disappointed because he felt the punishment for ball tampering was not a deterrent enough for other cricketers to realize they could not toy with the rules of the game of cricket.
