Day two of the fourth Test of the Ashes at Headingley saw more of the same from day one as Australia dominated the proceedings.

Michael Clarke was looking good on the evening of the first day and he continued his good vein. England’s job is the match is already getting harder with just four sessions in the match thus far as Australia continued to pile on the lead as they are setting England a target that is becoming increasingly daunting.
Clarke though could not give himself a back-to-back century against England as he fell to Graham Onions while batting on ninety-three. But it was still a great innings in that it allowed Australia to wrest the initiative further away from England after Ricky Ponting set the tone.
At lunch, Australia were 208 for five, a lead of 206 and threatening to make it a lot more and virtually bat England out of the match, too soon!
