The Australia team became the first cricket team to win the ICC Champions Trophy twice when they defended their title at the Centurion in South Africa to lift the ICC Champions Trophy 2009. Here are some post match celebratory pictures!

Ricky Ponting, the Australian captain, picked up the Golden Bat and the Man of the Tournament Award for the most number of runs while South Africa's Wayne Parnell was awarded the Golden Ball for the most number of wickets, eleven, in the tournament.
Shane Watson has, of course, been the star for Australia making centuries in the ICC Champions Trophy semi final against England as well as in the ICC Champions Trophy final.
The jackets worn by the Australian team were specially designed for the tournament winners and handed over to the Australian cricketers by the ICC President, David Morgan, and ICC Chief Executive, Haroon Lorgat, who personally helped them put on the coats.
