Even as the ICC is temporarily exonerating the Indian cricketers for not signing the WADA agreement, the BCCI is looking at the legal aid in its fight.

The "whereabouts" clause has caused sufficient consternation among the eleven Indian players registered in the International Registered Testing Pool of the ICC, subsequently leading to them missing the legal deadline.
The BCCI is taking the battle one step further to ensure it does have a case for the cricketers' privacy. In the matter they have decided to approach Goolam Vahanvati, India's attorney general and also A.S. Anand who is the former chief justice of India as they draw up a case for scrapping the clause altogether in favour of the players.
