Bopara Not Done and Dusted, Believes Freddie

Ravi Bopara's name may be missing from the roster of England cricketers who made it to England's tour to South Africa. But Andrew Flintoff believes Bopara will make a comeback.

Bopara received much flak from Shane Warne amongst others and soon lost favour against another man who has lived life like trial by fire, Ian Bell, during the Ashes. To add to Bopara's problems, the dropping of his name from the broad list will not add to his confidence.

But one man can empathize with him. Andrew Flintoff, England's beloved all rounder, believed Bopara suffered because of the huge responsibility thrust on him.

Bopara was forced to come in at no. 3. But Flintoff believes Bopara would serve better as a middle order cricketer and that he will eventually find himself back in the England team.

For now, Bopara will have to merely stay on the couch and forlornly watch the action on television and perhaps pray an injury or two will see him taking the first flight out to South Africa.
