In what appears to be good news for Australia, Brett Lee says he is as fit as he can be for the fourth Test of the Ashes beginning at Headingley tomorrow.

Brett Lee was sidelined with a rib injury just before the start of the first Ashes Test at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. However, after rehabilitation and recovery, Lee feels he is ready for the grind of the fourth Test that could well determine the Ashes winner as England.
The Australian captain, Ricky Ponting, though could be posed with headaches. Mitchell Johnson has not been himself with the ball but appears to have found his aggressive streak that could be his ticket. Stuart Clark continues to pose a selection query and Ponting would be hard pressed to perhaps drop Ben Hilfenhaus and Peter Siddle who have done better than Johnson in keeping Australia's spirits going despite Johnson's waywardness.
Lee believes the eight day straight, pain free training will make him eligible to take the field tomorrow and if he does, he will still be Australia's bet, despite his record on English soil, having been the most experienced bowler in the side by a distance.
