I repeatedly emphasize on cricket being religion in India and the Players being more than the game itself - this statement gains fervor post today’s incident at Bhubaneswar (Orrisa, India) Airport - Its just been 24 odd hours since India managed a narrow though much needed win over West Indies in Indore, but here for Mr. Biranchi Maharana its not about Cricket or India it about the Players and the State.
The reason for hostility is nothing to do with the current game of cricket but inclusion of some native cricketers of the State in the squad - the culprit is detained by the local policy.

Bowling had been the superior aspect in South Africa - But, in indore the bowlers were haywire completely out of sorts ironically though in their own backyard.
Batting sparked with the Opening slot delivering the required - everyone contributing his bit was what made the first half of the game exhilarating. The bellter was to the advantage unlike the bouncy ones in SA.
Both departments must click together and that too consistently - I think an all rounder has a slot in the making, to balance both departments in the team.
