Corey Collymore says he is satisfied with his heroic comeback from injure after the first day of the test series against India. Collymore claimed three wickets for 27 to restrict the visitors to 235 for nine.

After a long gap, Collymore appeared in the longer version of the game. He has not played test matches since November after having surgery to remove a bone spur in his right knee. He was not in the Indies squad for the New Zealand tour, which occurred in February and March.
Collymore commented,
I came back and redeemed myself here against India and I was happy with my performance.
