The Pakistan police were on the radar of the Pakistan High Court for the Lahore attacks of 3/3 that saw seven Sri Lankan cricketers get hurt outside the Gaddafi stadium in Lahore.

The report has not yet to become public domain except via a news agency and it has the High Court blames key members of the police for dereliction of duty on the day of the attacks.
The ICC recently claimed it did not receive the Pakistan Cricket Board's version of what happened that day although a separate inquiry had been conducted by the ICC themselves that saw Pakistan become even more isolated as a host nation for bilateral series as well as multi team cricket tournaments including the presitgious ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.
The PCB, however, is said to be awaiting government clearance before submitting their report to the ICC.
