Court Asks Police to Probe Modi's Defamation of Tri Colour

A court in Jaipur has asked the police to reinvestigate a case involving the IPL Commissioner, Lalit Modi, alleging serving wine on tables covered with the Indian tricolour.

The court found that the police had acted insufficiently on reports that Modi had served guests in the hospitality area of the Sawai Mansingh Stadium by serving alcoholic beverages placed on tables that were covered with India's national flag.

The police had apparently written to Modi who denied it and the matter was left off with that.
