Former Zimbabwe batsman Mark Vermeulen has played eight tests and thirty-two ODI’s for Zimbabwe... He has been banned for 10-years from the CLL and from all cricket played under the sponsorship of the England and Wales Cricket Boards.
nHe has always been an impulsive player, and has had a bad track record... But the act that he went on to exhibit was something every Cricket fan would discard.
The 27-year-old, Vermeulen, playing for Wereth, lost his head after he was mocked upon by the opposition fans during the course of the game...And in retaliation he threw the ball at the spectators... This act of insanity should have been penalized... And he is deservedly banned.
