Former BCCI President is levelling allegations over payout to the Chennai Super Kings and the Rajasthan Royals over the cancelled Champions League Twenty20.

Jagmohan Dalmiya has alleged that the money paid as compensation to the two IPL teams should have gone to the BCCI member associations since there was no clause in particular that teams needed to be compensated.
He also stated that the teams had been overpaid Rs 36.8 crores ($8 million) when the CL T20 was cancelled in 2008 over the 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai. He claims the BCCI gave away Rs 20.8 crores [$4.6 million] for CSK and RR, while Rs 26.2 crores [$5.9 million] was paid separately by the IPL governing council.
