Kumar Sangakkara is not at fault for Suraj Randiv bowling the deliberate no ball to Virender Sehwag batting on ninety-nine. Instead the reports claim that Dilshan instructed the bowler in Sinhalese as "oney nam, no ball ekak danna puluwan" which translated in English could be interpreted as "if you want, you can bowl a no ball".
The Sri Lankan Cricket board is also conducting an inquiry and is expected to deliver a quick assessment and verdict with the ICC looking on.
