Call him Mr. Reliable or the Wall. But Rahul Dravid fears there are not too many cricketers behind him in the lineage.

Rahul Dravid is worried about the state of Test cricket in India and the interests of young cricketers wishing to take up the sport.
While one would think he would be referring to the likes of Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma, Dravid insists that he is more worried about the teenage talent in their interests. He states that all young cricketers talk about wanting to play the highest level of the sport, i.e. Test cricket, but seldom are they truly interested in actively pursuing those pursuits over and above the glamourous and 'easier' versions of the game. He feels that the BCCI should show a greater interest in ensuring the revival of interest in Test cricket.
Dravid's words echo those previously stated about how after the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Dravid himself and V.V.S. Laxman, there are serious doubts over whether the likes of Raina, Sharma and others about whether they can step up to the demands of the longer version of the game.
