Marcus Trescothick feels that the England county teams that have qualified for the Friends Provident Twenty20 Cup will miss out on the Champions League Twenty20.

The CL T20 2010 has been scheduled for South Africa during the closing end of the England county season and Trescothick feels it is a huge loss for the England teams to learn to tackle international teams.
Playing for the Somerset team, Trescothick's travel stress returned, forcing him to return home from India from the 2009 edition. However, he feels there are huge gains in learning how to play teams that have international players. He feels it is valuable experience lost.
After much wrangling between the England and Wales Cricket Board ( ECB ) who refused to alter their dates and the IPL, the CL T20 2010 are going ahead without any of the England county teams.
