Greg Chappell will begin another stint as Australian selector and gain a new role as well.

Andrew Hilditch will remain the nominal head as the chairman of selectors, apparently at least until the ICC Crikcet World Cup 2011. Chappell joins Jamie Cox, David Boon and Merv Hughes on the selection panel. But he will also take on a new role, that of the National Talent Manager, which will now mean he will leave the post as the head of the Cricket Australia's Centre for Excellence in Brisbane.
One of the things the former Indian coach emphasized was that the Australian team would not be limited to only a few but also, that one would have to earn their place in it.
