After Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag, it is Harbhajan Singh who is keeping the support staff in the Indian dressing room on their toes.

The off spinner is reportedly carrying an injury sustained during the short preparatory camp before the first Test of the India Australia series. Although there are conflicting reports about the nature of the injury - some attribute it to a groin injury, others to a calf muscle - Harbhajan Singh has undergone a MRI and has been advised rest, putting him in doubt.

Singh has been battling injury and ill health and did not play in the Test series in Sri Lanka. His form has also been of concern in recent months, and should this rule him out, it will be a tough call for Bhajji and for India.
