Yuvraj Singh's absence from the next two ODIs only means Sri Lankan have another opportunity to try their hand at the ODI series.

Sri Lanka have had next to nothing going their way on this tour to India. Their deflating defeat in the third ODI in Cuttack would not have particularly boosted their morale.
Yuvraj Singh could not manage to score many runs in the same match, but the good news for India was that he did not need to. But with his absence in the next two ODIs, including the fourth ODI in Kolkata, it only means India will be without two of the experienced hitters and finishers in Yuvraj and Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who will still be serving the two ODI ban for slow over rate as captain.
Kumar Sangakkara has not found new personnel in bolstering the line up, but he may consider giving Sanath Jayasuriya a turn out of desperation. It will be interesting to see if Sri Lanka feel fearless enough to do without the stalwart in light of the absentees in the Indian camp.
