
The last match of Indo-Pak test series is going to start on Saturday at Chinnaswami stadium, Bangalore. The pitch of the stadium was relaid recently using black soil of Mandya and supposed to be a batting pitch, although some good bounce is also expected. It is likely to help spinners after three days. India is leading the series 1-0. Pakistan has not lost any test series in India after 1979-80 and Team India will definitely like to make a history.
Both teams are struggling for a fit squad. Pakistan skipper Shoaib Malik, who missed Kolkata test due to ankle injury, is ruled out for third also. He has been advised by local doctor to retain the plaster for another five days. Yonus Khan, who led the team in Kolkata, is expected to continue as acting captain.
Indian team is already feeling hot as its main experience bowlers are out. Zaheer Khan, Munaf Patel and Shreesant is out from the third test due to injury. Rudra Pratap Singh has been rested to remain fit in forthcoming Australian tour. But biggest worry for Team India is, its stars Sachin Tendulkar and vice-captain Dhoni, are injured and may be out for the test. Tendulakar has injured Knee while Dhoni has suffered an injury in his left hand during Kolkata test and has been asked for at least five days rest. Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir may take their places.
Bangalore is home ground of Dravid and after a great performance of Sourabh Ganguli at his homeground Kolkata, it is expected that Dravid will also some good cricket here.
This is also homeground of skipper Anil Kumble.
