The IPL has awarded two of the Deccan Chargers' matches to Cuttack in a bid to please the Hyderabad team as Cuttack falls technically in their catchment area.
The Chargers have still not cleared the air regarding their participation following the reluctance of the Australian cricketers in the wake of terror threats from within and without. The Chargers were also angry after their matches were moved out of Andhra Pradesh including the IPL 3 opening ceremony over the agitations over Telangana.
