It was a day of drama when the names of the England cricketers were struck off only for some to make it back in on the IPL 3 auction list.

The England cricketers were taken off the list after the ECB apparently changed its guidelines that failed to make with agreement with the IPL 3 dates. Subsequently none of the England cricketers found their names on the list.
By the end of the day though, some of the names did creep back in as the ECB appears to have issued the NOC conditionally and not to all players. Or perhaps the IPL 3 is dealing with the England board and the players individually.
