This would be an uncanny time but strangely poetic verses come as England face a difficult time.

Poor Poor Kevin Pieterson,
Booted out for no rhyme or reason,
He just went on a holiday after they lost,
Little knowing he would pay a very heavy cost.
Sitting on an elephant he thought and thought
Why all the team's effort came to a nought
May be I make a change here and there
You see he genuinely seemed to care
Keeping this in mind he sent a letter
Gullible Kevin he should have known better
Your resignation is accepted, they said
Buffoon's in Blazers at the ECB's head
"Excuse me" the only words Kevin could manage
But it was just too late to control the damage
England's No 1 cricketer as he was hailed.
The whole world watched him as he wailed.
I just wanted an ally whom I could trust
Little knowing he was standing on a very thin crust
I have been to heaven and now I am in Hell
But will do my best, I can and so I shall.
Now he is indulging in rounds of recrimination
After a week of criticism and accusations
But it is a bit too late for any declarations
A little slow on uptake is Kevin Pietersen.
