Brett Lee has not seen too much of cricket action himself since an elbow injury in India. But he is far from calling his career quits, pining his hopes on the 2010 ICC World Twenty20 in the Caribbean.

Lee is currently recuperating from the elbow surgery which he dubs as his twelfth operation and the "most painful". But the Australian speedster is refusing to call it curtains on his cricket career because in his opinion, he is still hungry for the game.
But everything depends on how his elbow shapes up following the surgery and there is still a long road on that front. But Lee is not ruling out a comeback at the time of the ICC World Twenty20 slated to take place in April in the West Indies.
