Irfan has applied to the Pakistan Cricket Board and requires a No Ojection Certificate ( NOC) to confirm his participation. Pakistan cricketers have had a rough going in the IPL 2 and IPL 3 seasons after they were left out for the IPL 2 season following the terror attacks in Mumbai - 26/11 and snubbed all round by the franchisees for the IPL 3 season.
Irfan is currently in England with the Pakistan cricket team for the England Pakistan ODI series.
