The BCCI has announced the recipient of the CK Nayudu Lifetime Award and it is none other than Mohinder Amarnath, one of the key players who fashioned the 1983 World Cup in England that India won under captain Kapil Dev.

Also known as Jimmy Amarnath, the son of Lala Amarnath was chosen to receive the Lifetime Award.
He was most recently seen on television not only as commentator but also, as one of the participants of the Jhalak Dhikla Ja show, a reality television dance competition.
