Beer bottles and cigarettes. Liz Hurley, PDA's and sexting. Shane Warne cannot seem to keep his head out of trouble as his RCA battles notwithstanding, the Rajasthan Royals captain is hitting all the headlines and for all the wrong reasons as his team crashed out of the IPL 4 season.

Shane Warne is at loggerheads with the Rajasthan Cricket Association. But he is also in violation of laws in India that prohibit smoking in public places. And it appears Warne may not be on the mend after all.
Shane Warne was seen turning to face the team bus after landing in Indore and puffing away in earnest interest even as the rest of the team was seen boarding the bus out of the Indore airport. Try as he might, he failed to spot the television cameras that captured him in the act.
When sportsmen are generally expected to display model behaviour, particularly when it comes to unbecoming habits, India can apparently tolerate public display of affection when Shane Warne and his current arm candy, Liz Hurley, kiss in front of cricket crowds but are less willing to be hospitable over Warne's cigarette smoking ways.
However, in that regard this is not Shane Warne's first demeanour. Warne was offered huge sums of money while playing for Australian cricket for staying away from the 'cancer stick' as the cigarette is known in some parts. However, a fan photo revealed that Warne had broken his clause.
Given the nature of the crime, this may be the least of Warne's problems as his team went out of the IPL 4 after suffering humiliating defeats in the latter half of the season, giving him a farewell he did not want and now Warne may have to deal with a criminal case brought forth by irate officials at the Rajasthan Cricket Association for abusing an official.
