The thirty-four year old player who always appeared on the fringe of being called up for the Indian team spoke about his hurt at being ignored for the Buchi Babu tournament (which incidentally became a national excitement after it was announced that Shane Bond would playing before playing for New Zealand in the tri series in Sri Lanka) as a Mumbai team player.
He now moves to a team he would perhaps have never dreamt of had he realized all his ambitions with Mumbai.
