Nielsen, Clarke: Sex, Bondage? Are We Still Talking about Cricket?

Australia's tour of New Zealand may have begun with a win over the hosts in the Twenty20 match. But the Australians certainly weren't talking the right language.

It all began with the Australian coach, Tim Nielsen, causing a major goof up when he said at the airport, "To be honest, we (Australia) haven't had a lot of sex, um, success over here."

Upon realizing the folly of his words, the Australian coach then showed things at home would not warm to such a faux pas, requesting "Could you please remove the sex bit, I don't want my wife hearing that?"

Too late, they had left his lips.

But he need not have felt embarrassed alone for too long. The Australian vice captain continued the hilarious mishaps with words.

Commenting on Shane Bond, Clarke blurted, "We'll have a good look at the footage of bondage...I mean, Bondy."

Even as the words popped out, he knew there was no going back on this one.

He added, "I feel like the coach, what's going on...?" Even as he pleaded not to add to the agony, he knew what was coming, "Front page, I can see it now..."

At least the hosts were in splits on this, the match was another story.
