Now Andrew Flintoff Clarifies

It was more or less expected, when Steve Harmison tried to absolve himself regarding the accusation that Kevin Pietersen had to quit because the senior players like, Flintoff,Strauss and other did not support him on the issue of Peter Moores, the coach of England Team. Andrew Flintoff had to give some explanation so that the blame does not fall entirely on him regarding the present fiasco.

Flintoff is now insisting that he did not want either of them ,Pietersen nor Moores to leave. But he is not saying anything about his non-support. He is insisting that he had cordial relations with both of them. In fact he did not realize that things were so bad that they would end up in the resignation and sacking. In fact he is washing off his hands totally saying hat he was a late entrant and was not able to judge the seriousness of the whole issue. He maintains that he had cordial relation with Moores and he supported Kevin as a captain.

Flintoff was the man many people was thinking would be taking the place of Kevin as England's captain for the forth coming tour of the Caribbean but Andrew Strauss was chosen instead.

Now Andrew is supposedly relieved that he was not given the captaincy as he had been there and found it difficult to bat,do the fielding and also take decisions as the captain.

Andrew Flintoff is now serious about one and only one thing,"Getting a Win in West Indies".
