Pakistan may have lost the third and final ODI of the Cool and Cool Pakistan New Zealand series, but it is not for want of a break.
But the Pakistan captain is using the Indian team's debacles to highlight the effects of too much cricket. In his opinion, team India are looking exhausted and their jaded expressions are an all too obvious sign that they are being overworked.
Younis felt that Pakistan did not suffer from the same because of the dearth of cricket in Pakistan but felt that countries like India and Australia were milking their cricketers far too much and it was resulting in too many injuries and inconsistent form resulting from fatigue.
He hoped the ICC would take cognizance of it for the Future Tours Programme (FTP) post 2012 with at least a two week break between successive series as well as reducing travelling time on tour for the cricketers. But he also thought that a players' association would help address these issues.
