Pakistan are thinking this out of court settlement rather smartly. Now there are a couple more favours the Pakistan Cricket Board wants of the ICC and indirectly of India.

The Pakistan Cricket Board is expecting the ICC to convince the BCCI to make India play a series against Pakistan. This would involve making up for the series cancelled to Pakistan over the terror strikes in Mumbai in November 2008.
Pakistan, who is already playing a series against Australia in England while also playing England, wants India to play a series in England and that way Pakistan could make up for the seventy million dollar deal signed with Ten Sports.
The PCB also wants assurance from the ICC that India would allow smooth passage for the huge contingent of Pakistan fans who would be travellign to India for the 2011 World Cup.
Is the ICC wondering if it would have been easier to simply let Pakistan hosts some of the World Cup matches?
