The mood is certainly changing. Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, also known as Tiger Pataudi, is a member of the IPL Governing Council and he feels, Lalit Modi must come clean or face exit.

The former Indian cricketer was in no mood to spare words, although carefully tiptoeing through laser beams, while stating to a dozen news channel interviews that the IPL Chairman and Commissioner better show up at the IPL Governing Council meet or face exit in his absence.
Pataudi admitted failure of the IPL Governing Council to rein in the ambitious Modi because they were blind sighted by the many lucrative plans that were chalked out and being brought to bear. Speaking of the problem of the "facilitation fee", commission is his own words, regarding IPL broadcasting rights, Pataudi admitted a systemic failure for not looking into the intricacies of deals and whether they were done in an above board manner.
Incidentally Pataudi's son, Saif Ali Khan, the Bollywood actor, was involved in the cancelled auctions for IPL 4's two new teams for the Pune franchise along with Bollywood actress and girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor, and her sister-actress, Karisma Kapoor.
