In what is being seen as Pakistan's way of not allowing the IPL to try and make amends and cover up the previous overlook, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided against their previously issued NOC (No Objection Certificate).

Pakistan cricketers will require government permission for a fresh NOC if they are to be signed on by team franchisees in the IPL. It appears that the drastic decision was one of many taken in the aftermath of the IPL 3 auctions in Mumbai where none of the Pakistan cricketers were picked.
The news comes even as Abdul Razzaq continues to float around with the Hyderabad Deccan Chargers denying that they had signed him on as a replacement and Shah Rukh Khan still stating that his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders or KKR as they are known, were interested in the Pakistan all rounder.
