The franchisees have been echoing one view - the issue of player availability. Even as the IPL Commissioner, Lalit Modi, believed that the third year was only beginning to show a rise in the learning curve, the franchisees are learning from their mistakes of investing huge amounts of money on players that are not even available for an entire season.
