Rameez felt that Pakistan's shoddy performance in Australia and the unnecessary comments instigated by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman, Ejaz Butt, have necessitated a systemic overhaul of how cricket is run in Pakistan.
Calling for a "comprehensive surgery", Rameez feels a shake up is in order if Pakistan are to find their path again.
