Though India may have lost to West Indies due to the Duckworth-Lewis rules in the opening game of the DLF trophy in Malaysia... But you just can’t take away anything from the little masters unbeaten knock of 142 runs... Which in spite of India’s defeat earned him the man of the match award.
Each Indian defeat is severely criticized through all channels of media but this one quietly escaped the criticism as all channels were loaded with appreciation for the little master... Well that’s why they say cricket is a religion in India... And Sachin the ‘Deity’.

It was a good come back and especially when some one is targetted as ”a written off” material.
However now the challege is ”delivering a continued performance”. From any profession point of view this is true & tough!
Any sport demands physical stamina and mental grit to get thru! Lets hope we have Sachin blessed with both !

The above data indicates that
Sachin has played 365 ODIs. He has scored 40 ODI hundreds out of which 28 were in the winning cause. Also, it doesn’t mean that for the rest of times, i.e. in other 12 matches when Sachin scored 100, he was responsible for the defeat. Instead, it was because of total collapse of other members that India loses.
What argument is in telling that when Sachin scores a 100 and India loses, then he is responsible for the loss? and when others score a century and India wins then they are responsible for winning?? This is totally absurd..
