Four years later, Sachin Tendulkar can finally move in his Rs.39 crore home - his own bungalow at Perry Cross Road in Bandra, Mumbai.

In buying and developing his home, Tendulkar told media and fans gathered outside his bungalow that he had fulfilled his life long dream of owning a home of his own as he will now move out of his La Mer Residence into this palatial 9,000 sq.foot multi storied bungalow.
Notice the high wire fencing with the state of the art surveillance camera dotting the entrance to his home.
(Did anyone say it looks a bit like Antilia - the home owned by Mukesh and Neeta Ambani? They happen to be the IPL franchisee owners of the Mumbai Indians. Incidentally they are reportedly yet to move into their monstrous new home from their traditional Sea Wind residence.)
