Gautam Gambhir is on a roll and his opening partner reckons the former can go the distance and become India's best while beating the late Sir Don Bradman's record.

Gambhir scored his fourth successive Test century when he scored 167 in the first innings of the second Test in Green Park, Kanpur facing the touring Sri Lankan team.
In Ahmedabad, his century was equally important in a tricky situation. And previously it was India's tour of New Zealand that saw him post consecutive centuries. He is now chasing Sir Don Bradman's record of six consecutive Test centuries.
But to Gambhir's credit, he already has seven Test centuries in the last nine Tests, a phenomenon that has prompted his opening team mate, Sehwag, to believe that Gambhir could well surpass Sunil Gavaskar as India's best opening batsman and the "superstar of India". Gavaskar made nine Test centuries from his first thirty Test matches and Sehwag thinks Gambhir is the one to break it, playing in his twenty-seventh Test.
Gavaskar scored four successive centuries between 1976 and 1978 and Rahul Dravid repeated the feat in 2002, making Gambhir only the third Indian batsman in history to have done so.
