Revenge is a word being circulated these days to describe the impending tour of team India to New Zealand. But if there are two people who have absolutely no doubt that India will do, revenge thoughts or otherwise, happen to be members of the Indian cricket team.

Swashbuckling opening batsman, Virender Sehwag, and controversial off spinner Harbhajan Singh are self assured not only of their own performance but also, that of team India. Sehwag believes that while acclimatization may pose initial problems, team India has the wherewithal to adapt to the conditions and also, outshine the hosts.
It is a view that has perhaps been expressed a little more cockily by Harbhajan who believe India will be outstanding on tour. While it is easy to assume that this is brash talk aimed at mind games or appease fans back home, it must be remembered that these men play with that kind of confidence, while not being arrogant. Some would call it mind games, others confidence. Under Mahendra Singh Dhoni, one would have to call it the latter since he exudes it in abundance himself. While one cannot say that the seniors have moulded their mind on his thought process, that he is an influence is an additional incentive to these supremely confident men. Their results have also been a result of this buoyancy and who can blame them?
It depends on how one looks at it!
