Zaheer Khan may have already delivered a blow, to his own team, However, Virender Sehwag is trying to get fit and make a comeback in the next ICC event - the ICC Champions Trophy.

Sehwag's non inclusion in the playing eleven in the ICC World Twenty20 in England despite being in the squad raised a lot of eyebrows, including the speculation that the Dhoni-Sehwag rift had resurfaced. More drama ensued and eventually India bowed out of the tournament that they been champions of in the first edition.
Since then, Sehwag's injury has come to light with him even undergoing surgery on his right shoulder. Now he is in rehabilitation and although he states that he has not batted yet, he is in a race to make it to the ICC Champions Trophy scheduled for late September in South Africa.
Given team India's dismal showing in the ICC World Twenty20, Mahendra Singh Dhoni could certainly use the flamboyant batsman at his best.
