Shah Rukh Khan has had to accept defeat in trying to convince Kolkata fans of his love for Sourav Ganguly. Now that Dada has signed up for the Pune Warriors, SRK is showing his strength with his entourage of Bollywood buddies as he did in Chennai in the Kolkata Knight Riders v Chennai Super Kings match.

Shah Rukh Khan would have been even more elated with his wife, Gauri Khan, in tow that the Kolkata Knight Riders managed to trounce the Chennai Super Kings on their home turf and that the rain did not play a complete spoilsport.

If Shah Rukh Khan was hurting from the embarrassment of wanting Dada to be the flagbearer without signing him up at the IPl 4 auctions, he certainly did not show it as he shared the raucous celebrations with fellow Bollywood actors - Hrithik Roshan, Arjun Rampal and Chunky Pandey.
This is perhaps what separates the IPL from other cricket events, because this is the opportunity when some of the Bollywood actors cum IPL franchisee owners can also show off their clout in attracting other star friends and proudly so.
