There were talks of a India v Pakistan ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 after party at the Mumbai residence of Bollywood actor, Aamir Khan. In the meantime, there was talk of Shah Rukh Khan, fellow actor and franchisee owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders, hosting friends for the duration of the match at his home.
While the other cricket aficionado, Salman Khan, kept a low profile, there were plenty of rumour mills of how the film industry would be divided in its loyalties in attending both the cricket related dos.
But it appears the contest has been buried after all because Aamir Khan was spotted in Mohali with his second wife, Kiran Rao, amongst other celebrities with Shah Rukh Khan nowhere in sight. It can only mean that while Aamir is living it up in Mohali absorbing the atmosphere of an India v Pakistan contest, SRK is probably creating some of his own at his place in Mumbai.
