The deadlock between the Indo Pak ties has affected cricket itineraries. But Minister of State for External Affairs in India believes he has the answer.

Shashi Taroor's Tweet -ing troubles have been well documented. But he is proposing a solution to the resumption of Indo-Pak cricket ties by proposing that the series between the two countries be played in the U.S.
Taroor's education has been primarily in the U.S. and perhaps he can empathize with the people of Asian origin there who get to see little cricket. But he hopes the option will help revive cricket ties between the countries who are in a state of stalemate over terrorism post 26/11.
The suggestion has also been well received by former Pakistan cricketer, Javed Miandad, who believes Taroor's idea holds merit.
