Siddharth Mallya has his tastes, but they appear to be changing.

Mallya Jr. was handling matters in the Royal Challengers Bangalore dug out during the IPL while senior - Vijay Mallya - was taking care of matters on the pit wall for Force India in Formula One.
And it appears Deepika Padukone is not the only fancy to have caught Siddharth's eye. The heir is showing favoritism for cricket and more specifically towards the Twenty20 format where his father currently own the RCB team as an IPL franchisee.
Having handled the reins, Siddharth has taken a particular liking for it and has suggested that F1 racing is not where his eyes are glued at. Instead he has termed the motor racing sport as boring and something that was not finding favour with after watching Twenty20 so closely. To him, it appears mindless to follow a racing car for fifty odd laps successively for two hours.
However, Vijay Mallya is not too keen on managing Force India from such close quarters and indications are that he wants to look after his primary business which has been the UB group. In that light, Siddharth may have to reconcile himself because he is likely to inherit the F1 team as well.
