England's under-19 captain, Azeem Rafiq, got himself into a twist, slamming the coach via Twitter. However, the England captain, Andrew Strauss, has words of advice for the young cricketer.

Rafiq retaliated to his breaking the curfew during a match against Sri Lanka under-19 by posting a match against the England under-19 coach, John ABrahams, "What a f******g farsee (sic)... John Abrahams is a useless c**t... ECB prove it again what incompetent people are working for them!! John Abrahams is a useless w****r."
That rant did not go well, if anything, it worsened his situation to the extent that even the England captain lent a few words for the erring young cricketer, "If you haven't led by example, and have let yourself down, you've got to take it on the chin and then learn from it.
"There is a right way to react to things and there is a wrong way, and venting your frustration is not the right way to do it - especially if you have been in the wrong in the first place. You really must accept it and then learn from it, otherwise there are plenty of other people who can do it better than you."
