This will not only be one of the most expensive autobiographies in the history of mankind but also, will include the blood and DNA of the sportsman, literally!

That the "Tendulkar Opus" has been a work in progress for a while has been well known. But what was hidden for perhaps the longest time is that it will include Sachin Tendulkar's body work as well, literally. Previous Opus epics have included only for the likes of Michael Jackson, Manchester United, Ferrari, Burj Khalifa and Diego Maradona.
The book comprises unpublished family pictures as well as Tendulkar's thoughts about his career in the cricket field. Weighing in at 37 kg, measuring half a metre, it is a body of work at 852 pages that are trimmed in gold leaf.
Sachin's blood has been mixed with the paper pulp that will mark his signature page, "red resin" as the publisher puts it. Furthermore, Sachin's DNA profile will be available in a two metre gatefold in the book drawn from his saliva, perhaps for those with a keen but also, morbid interest in his DNA make up.
The book, only ten copies of which, will be sold at a pricey sum of $75,000, the proceeds of which are expected to directly go into Sachin Tendulkar's charitable efforts to build a school in his hometown of Mumbai.
The book will be sold in later editions at a price, the publishers estimate, would be around $300.
The book is slated for release in the month of February, 2011, bang on time for the ICC World Cup 2011.
